A new project is being developed in the world of the highly acclaimed Batman Arkham series by Rocksteady. Instead of a new game, we’re diving back into the universe with a new graphic novel titled Batman: The Arkham Saga Omnibus.
Rocksteady Disappointed Fans by Not Continuing the Batman Arkham Series
Rocksteady Games revolutionized superhero games with Batman: Arkham Asylum, released in 2009. Known for its groundbreaking combo and combat mechanics, the series concluded with Batman: Arkham Knight in 2015, followed by a virtual reality game.
Although Rocksteady’s recent release, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, left many fans disappointed, there is good news for those who hoped for more from the series. The upcoming graphic novel series, Batman: The Arkham Saga Omnibus, will offer a massive 1,648-page Batman Arkham adventure.
The graphic novel series will present the storylines of all the games with detailed sketches, though it will not include Arkham Origins, one of the less favored entries in the series.
It is currently unclear whether the series will be available in our country, but there are opinions that it could be a precursor to new games.
